Ceremony can really help to focus the mind


When you practice at home, think about how a bit of ceremony before you start your postures can help to clear and calm the mind. For example, don't be afraid to chant, Om, or hum and set an intention for your practice. After a hard day's work, vibrational sounds might be just what you need to help clear the day's stress.
